Can you follow anyone on Instagram? I made an instagram 2 days ago. I don't have many friends. Can you follow anyone on instagram? I want more friends but I'm shy and don't want to seem like a stalker...
How do you get people to follow you?

Yes, you can follow anyone on Instagram if their page is open. If their page is not open, then you would have to request to be added. Then they would have to accept or denied you.
