I looked it up and people said to download an app called fake camera but the only fake camera app I can find is one that secretly takes pictures and has nothing to do with kik.

Go to Google and search for ManyCam. It will do that!!
Basically, you need to record someone's sitting in front of a webcam and insert it in Manycam. Thus, when you turn on your webcam it will play that video instead of your live webcam. You see what I'm saying?

It's really easy and fast! Just send a gallery pic to KIK username "changepic" and wait for miracle ;=)
