Because it is a hassle for Microsoft to make a perfect web browser to rival the third party web browsers. I shall recommend to switch to Firefox or Chrome for better web experience.

control penal > uninstall program > internet explorer > remove it
re install it and update latest version

Internet explorer is a devil, so keep yourself away from IE and used Firefox or Chrome
