I Have an facebook page i want to delete please help thanks

Delete every individual story on your page. Then remove all your pictures, delete your friends. Then make a password like "jdfghdfjgfdf232", copy and paste it to change your password. Then delete your account.
You have nothing to go back to, you can't even reactivate it by signing back in because you shouldn't remember the password you changed it to.
Oh to delete it you have to go into, I think, security. They try to hide the delete button from you, all the more reason to delete it.

Navigate into the admin area of the page, click "Manage Permissions", towards the bottom there is a "Delete Page" area where you can click the name of your page & delete it.
