I am trying to improve my webpage loading speed for wordpress site, it shows 2 javascript files causes of webpage loading speed (resource from Google). such as http://www.seodeveloper.in/wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery.js?ver=1.10.2
http://www.seodeveloper.in/wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery-migrate.min.js?ver=1.2.1, i had deleted from the cpanel, but still showing these files are main cause, why? How to remove such files permanently?
