I bought all the dlc and after entering my details once, I could just continue to buy bioware points with out entering anything. I don't want someone to hack into my account and mess about so I want to change my method of payment.

You can't. That's the idea of eCommerce next time to purchase everything without adding again payment information. For example i have added mine CCs into - Amazon, Facebook, Apple, eBay, Paypal, Google and few more sites.
