How do you say this in German? - liveyourlife - 04-27-2014 10:41 PM Do you remember this? or Remember this? im put up a video on fb from when i visited Berlin and im tagging a friend i met there haha! Is it Erinnerst du dich an das? or Erinnerst Du Dich daran? - Rotbuche - 04-27-2014 10:51 PM In German we often have a variety of expressions and words. So both sentences you mentioned are possible. Especially in colloquial speech. In written speech or in a novel, people would prefer "daran". I would prefer Erinnerst du dich daran? By the way, only in a letter or E-Mail it is polite to write du and dich with a capital letter. |
