I had Yahoo and YM on my previous computer which crashed. I can't get YM installed on the alternate computer using my acct. The download starts, but after a few minutes I get a msg saying that the download was unsuccessful and to restart the computer and try again. I have been trying all day....quite frustrating. Please help!

If you're getting an error during the download, that could be an internet connection issue. I recommend trying the steps in this article:
