the tool bar Edit File View etc is missing

Hi..
Edit File View etc is called the menu bar ....
(In internet browser.)
Press "Alt" key (To temporarily show menu bar).
Select "View"
Select "Toolbars"
Check "Menu bar"
(In a folder)
Select "Organize"
Layout.
Check "Menu bar".
NOTE...
If you are using Google chrome menu bar is not supported.
