I've been having with Mozilla firefox lately. It crashes on me at the most random of times and I get the shown image quite often yet my firefox is up to date. I uninstalled it then reinstalled three times I do believe. I don't understand what's going on and I can't seem to contact the mozilla team via e-mail to let them know about this issue. Can someone help me please? I honestly don't know what else to do.
I updated many times (I even have my computer set up to automatically do updates on adobe flash) but it never worked before. Hopefully it will this time. Thank you guys and sorry for the stupid question. I hope you all have a wonderful life.

Video player is out of date, not Firefox. Try updating Windows Media Player/Realplayer/VLC/any other media players, as well as Flash.
