I need a better Twitter background. Any good places? I'd prefer bright colors, neon, hearts, black and white.

Click on Twitter Backgrounds on the left. They have really cool ones.

Most twitter background sites force you to follow them,
the only site I have found that gives you backgrounds fast without trouble is
