I need Twitter help!!!!?
I can't see when somebody send me a tweet. How do I look at it? I click on "Home" and "Profile" but I can never see when people send ME a tweet!!! It either ONLY shows my friends' tweets or tweets that I have sent out!!!!
How do I see what people tweeted me? Are there certain settings?

I'm assuming you mean a direct message. Over on the right side you should see:
Home
@username
Direct Messages
If you want to see tweets that were sent to you and nobody else you should click on Direct Messages. If you want to see tweets that mention you click on @username
