Don't buy any type of backlinks any time. Google knows that which are paid, free and quality backlinks. It will give zero preference for paid backlinks. So don't do that. Get backlinks manually by free submitting.

Don't buy the back links from 3rd parties. Those are waste things. These are the spamming techniques in the eyes of Google. It will lead to problems some other time in Future.
