This is NOT possible unless YOU ARE RICH - and have SERIOUSLY HIGH TECH EQUIPMENT AND CITY WIDE PLANNING PERMISSION. AND one hell of a backbone connection network.
I think Verizon spent something like 15 million dollars for a small village to have full wifi.
