Hello, so recently I've been looking for the app on iPhone&iPad where you can fade your pictures&that? What's the app called, loads of people do this effect on Instagram & I really want to know the app name; the layout be's perfect. Please help THANKYOU:*

it's overexposure,... the only 'app' for that is poor photography skills.

I wish I could "fade" every picture that exists on Instagram.
