so i have beau and james following me on twitter but i really want luke and i try every time he comes online. what do have to do/tweet for him to notice me?

Just tweet him a lot, or tweet him when you think he might be online. Unfollow and refollow him so that you're on the top of his list. Tweet him interesting stuff. Have people DM him your name and retween you onto his timeline.
