I want to post something on the wall of a facebook fan page but I was asking myself if my facebook friends would see it when they logged in on facebook. And if they can see it, can I hide it for certain persons?

They can see the post if they liked the page (like you did). And no,you can't hide the post to anybody.

yes they Can See it if its Shows on the News Feed and you Can Not Hide that Because its Not on your profile
