I'm trying to lock down my Fb as best as I can, but I'm "old" and don't get it all. I was dis-connecting with all aps etc, and then my profile picture was gone, I'm just an avatar now. did I do that, Is there something on FB I have to be part of, or ????????????????? yikes

Go to settings, then security and click disable account!

You Probably Deleted it by A Accident you Can Get it Back By Re Adding it As A Profile Picture Again
