But my Internet connection fine with all other sites.Is it the case with everyone?Is the server is too busy to load? I have also removed and downloaded OVI set up files twice.. still the same result.Help me with this !

that just means that the server is messed up its not your fones fault

No, this is not the case with everyone. Your internet connection may be slow and takes time to load.
