I am looking for a Verizon NON smartphone that can download apps such as Instagram, Kik, Snapchat, Facebook, etc. Are there any Verizon non smartphones that can download these apps? Thanks!

You don't understand what smartphone means. Any phone that can download & run the apps you mention is by definition a smartphone.

non smart phone?? you mean the phone has a physical keyboard but not touch screen one?
Blackberry Q10, im pretty sure t hey have for instagram and facebook, not sure kik and snapchat
