Don't over-promote it. Don't share it everywhere, don't go on on other pages and be like "Share us" when they have way more likes than you. My first page took 2 months to get 100 likes. Just wait, they'll come in eventually. Invite your friends.

Not by asking for likes on Yahoo Answers. Why don't you try joining a real community that deals only with this stuff. Like providing free facebook like exchange system. Its way more productive to get 1 like for every like you give to someone else.
I also recommend to create a second facebook profile only for giving likes to other people but getting them on your desired facebook pages.
