I was checking around and found that too many people are trying to buy Facebook accounts which has at least 50 friends from US / UK / CA / and other countries. So the answer is, yeah there are many website / companies which provides with Ready Facebook accounts, which are used just for their marketing purposes. The profiles are fully completed even they have activities on these profiles. i would suggest you to go and buy a page with fans or buy fans rather than accounts.....Since the friends limit is just 5000 while for a page it is unlimited

I have a facebook page with 1,304 fans I would be willing to sell, I am not sure if you can change the name of the page though. The website it is attached to is no longer in existance.
