You ain't ganna find any cheap heels anywhere.... I know places that's 47.00 or 34.00 you can try payless, Marshall sometimes, any shopping area around houses

find a distributor online, possibly local.. but you'll need more than just a desire to obtain them.. most will want tax I.D. numbers from your business to prove you are a potential distributor.
either that or ebay.. but you gotta watch the risks.. you do get what you pay for and if you sell cheap stuff to people esp. stuff that's a utility like shoes, they better perform because any injury may come back to haunt you if the product so proves shoddy.
