If I accept someone's friends request on facebook, will my friends be able to see that? If not then how do I make it visible for them?

Yes, they will. It should be in your account settings, or go to the lock icon at the top right of the screen. You'll see something called an activity log. You can use that to control who sees how much of your activity.

Yes They Will Be Able to See Who you Added As Long as Its Not Set to Private
