Hello,
I figured out that you have just followed 10 of them. People wont know whether you are present until you publish your id. And you have to follow more people in order to get followers as people wont directly follow you until you have a name that is near to a celebrity!!
Just post your url http://www.twitter.com/drakonait to friends and different addme kind of blogs! AS you did here!!!
