Around the price of 60 to 150 pound in England Argos phones 4 u anywhere. Thanks and sorry for the spelling mistakes if there is any.

Anything with Android should fit the bill. Why instagram is the all important feature I do not know, however it's what you want so try going to CEX Entertainment at your local highstreet and look for a Samsung Galaxy Ace 2 (not to be confused with S2) as I had instagram on mine, worked fine. Pick one up for less than £150 or locked to a mobile carrier for less than £100. Good little phone.
