What ads? If you are someones web site, you don't (with the possible exception of some pop-ups by using a pop-up blocker). Ads are how many web sites support themselves (like ads on TV) and with no ads, they would have to institute a paywall, forcing you to pay to view their content if you wanted to view their content.
