It makes a noise when it loads each page. If you are listening and reading it is annoying.
I like using Green yahoo on IE.

Okay..so here is how you do it...You go and uninstall Internet Explorer and download Google Chrome.

Internet Explorer always slow down your pc , so try opera mini , mozilla firefox , google chrome etc
~ Don't use safari browser ( it is too slow )
~ After installing a browser , reboot your pc
