I joined a Facebook fan page and I've been in a little "warfare" with one of the other members. Is there a way that I can prevent her from commenting on the posts I've put on that page? I don't want to unlike the page and I don't want to stop posting on it, but I would like to know a way to prevent her from harassing me on it.
I have not "friended" the person in question.

When you block a person on facebook, neither of you can see what the others post or what their activity is. Do that.
