Hey :-) I wanted to know if anyone of u know a good SAFE teen chat site and I mean like one that u message people on the site without a webcam ok I worrie about my webcam being hacked lol and u can send pics to see what the person ur talking too looks like

No one is "hacking" you cam on a chat site, you have to give permission for cams to broadcast in a chat. I think you are thinking about computers that get infected with viruses and are on public wifi networks. But f you're really worried about that just cover the cam.
