I have a new account and my profile page is completely blank.? - mammothbasket617 - 04-28-2014 12:28 AM

I just created a new yahoo account because I lost my old one when I canceled an sbcglobal email account. When I go to accounts settings, the page is completely blank. I clear my IE temp files and cookies and shut down IE and the computer with no affect. Also, I can't brose or search Groups, although other tabs to seem to work.

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing trouble viewing certain Yahoo web pages. This may be happening because of a feature of Internet Explorer called "Compatibility Mode". To learn how to turn this off, please read "Internet Explorer Compatibility Mode", available at:
