Hi
I have a new website at the moment( http://www.bestradiospeaker.com), I want to promote it and build link for my new website to increase the rank in search engin, can you give me some idea? thank you

You cannot pay someone to pass page rank because that is against the search engine rules if you pay someone to that then your website will be disallowed by the search engines...... you can pay a company to promote your website that's about it.

seems like we answer this question everyday. If you go into forums and sign up to that fill out your profile with your website address in the signature panel & start answering questions of the topic you know about then you will increase your page rank but if you start to spam the forum with useless knowledge this will get you a bad reputation and you will be banned from the forum.

you can also make up a places in Google that will also increase your page rank

Google places http://www.google.com/places/
if you want learn more then go and read matt cutts blog http://www.mattcutts.com/blog/

Google places is generally for people in your region only...

This site http://dropmylink.com/ helps generate searches for blogs, etc. that are related to your interest, if you write actually useful comments you might be able to include a link without getting deleted.

One source of paid backlink generation is Fiverr.com, various $5 packages are offered, private blog network inclusion may be one of the safer methods, though a number of these networks were recently deindexed by Google I have seen other ranked Chinese sites with numerous junk articles linking to them.

Directly linking your website from blog networks is not a good idea instead sign up for free web 2.0 sites and post an article with a link back to your main website.

Use the private blog networks to build backlinks to these free web 2.0 pages, making it easier for your blog to rank high and at the same time stay safe from any new search engine updates.
