I just wanted to know why Smiley Central does not show up on Facebook when I put in different smilies

Facebook has updated itself many times in these last couple of months. Apps must update along with Facebook in order to have full functions available to work.
The developers of Smiley Central might have discontinued their work and just left it to die.
