For starters, create a lot more text content, a "full length" article on a blog style site would have 450 or more words, you have posts with virtually no text content, at least write a long paragraph description. Not only does higher quality content provide more value to the visitors, it provides more keyword phrases in the content for the search spiders to match.
Aside from the basic need for quality content, getting a regular supply of new backlinks is the bread and butter of SEO.

You must have focus on SEO & SMO for increase website traffic.
SEO means increase your backlinkig for eg : directory submission,social bookmarking ,Forum etc.
SMO means increase your website traffic help of Facebook marketing,Twitter,pinterest & stumbleupon etc.

I reviewed your website. It takes so much time to open the site. And you are not updated the categories section. Better to update all the categories. If your page doesn't give correct information to the visitors it may affect your bounce rate. And one more time is navigation time is very slow. These are some mistakes i found in your website. Start learning about seo from trusted sources like SEJ and SEOMoz; if you cant spend that much time, hire a freelancer or seo company to improve it. It needs a lot of work indeed.
