First of all, I really don't care that it's in the wrong category. 2nd of all, i know my question is true and people aren't just telling me this. And 3rd, give helpful answers. If you can't help, don't bother.
So, I just created a twitter and it's not notifying people that I'm following them so they don't know to follow me back. Again like I said, I know they aren't just telling me this because I saw it for myself. So why could this be?

Twitter clearly didn't go to college. I mean, look at its grammar and capitalization.
