You can use social media to promote it. Another way is through (Amazon) Mturk.com. Create an account and sign in as a requester. You can design a task (called a HIT) and ask requesters to evaluate your site. You can assign a low reward such as .$05 but they will be on your sight and if they like what you are selling, they might bite plus they might spread the word.

1stly u need to advertised .... I mean thru google thru facebook etc ... Answer different ? Related to website on different forum n give ur link as reference ... Probably ur ? Is insufficient coz type or content of website is not listed could able to help you more specifically as every content has different opinion ...u can achieve fame only by ur attitude ..start digging in ur own way ..see top website related to ur content ..which will help u to ans many ? Why ppl like this site ? What should hv been much more prominent ? What content is missing? Considering all this factor ... It shudnt be of ur choice it should b of choice of public ... Public choice can b known by method of sampling ... What query ppl having related to other top website in ur field rectify those work hard ...b patient n will succeed ... Anything unique n interesting is always demanded ... So figure it out ... So to increase traffic u need to hold good publicity ...

social media is great for getting good traffic.
If you don't have great content then it will not help you.
