Phone keeps losing internet connection? - I see atoms :O - 04-28-2014 12:44 AM
I'm on Vodafone and have a 4 month old Samsung Tocco Lite.
Since Sunday (so this is the 4th day when posting this) it has been losing internet connection several times per hour. The phone shows the Edge symbol saying it's connected but the applications and browsers come back saying No internet connection, review network settings or No Response.
Is this a phone problem or Vodafone problem (other people I know on Vodafone also have connection problems with them.
Should I go back to Carphone Warehouse about this and will they do anything about the phone?

I would suggest backing up all your information and contacts to your PC then restoring the phone. What you could also do is to check that you still have the right apn settings for your internet connection before restoring. I've had a phone before that used to reset it's apn all the time for no apparent reason(well specifically because the network though the phone needed different settings) anyway, make sure that your connection settings are good if they are you might need to restore your phone. That's probably what they'll do at Carphone Warehouse anyway.
