I would think the name of the page would put a lot of people off.

You can advertise your fan page by doing the following:
1. Do some YouTube videos with commedy skits, and advertise your FB fan page in your video description.
2. Writesome articles about commedy orhow to make videos, and put your FB fan page link in the in the resource box of yourarticles.
3. Comment on other videos, blogs, and other sites that relate to your theme and casually mention your FB fan page. Don't be all spammy about it, though. Just be normal, if you know what I mean.
You may want to read this online guide called, "The Beginner's Guide to SEO." You can find it by doing a Google search. It will teach you some things about how to get yourself out there.
