i ordered a phone case 5 days ago (jan 6) and it said it will be delivered usps on or before january 11th. which it hasnt yet and today is the 11th. does mailman (usps) run on saturday and will i get it today when the mail comes? i live in the US

You live in the US and don't know if there is mail service on saturday?How is that possible? To answer your question yes at this time the postal service still delivers on Sat.

Yes they do. You just have to follow the guidelines.

No one can answer WHEN you will get something. Remember that delivery estimates provided to you are ESTIMATES, not GUARANTEES.
As for your other question, USPS delivers everything that is delivery ready, even on Saturdays. If the item is given to the carrier before leaving for the street on Saturday, a delivery attempt should be made on Saturday.
Yahoo needs to create a special 'Postal Psychics' category for all of the 'When will I get my package?' questions.
