so my computer has been freezing a lot. I'm not sure if its cause my parents are sharing the internet with my neighbors, well the point is that since they started sharing the internet my laptop freezes or it has other types of mal functions, and i want to know if a slow/bad internet connection can damage a computer & yes, i do have anti virus (Kaspersky Internet security)program on my laptop and when i chect for viruses or other stuff nothing appears so it must be the internet.

No, Definitely slow internet connection won't affect on computer system.
I too had a problem like the same then i disconnected my internet and accessed my PC it is really awesome and working perfectly.
