I had my Instagram account for the past 3 days. I am trying to get James Franco to following me back by getting his attention. I know he does following some of his fans back but how can I get him to actually follow me?

Sorry to break it, but that most likely isn't going to happen, especially to someone they haven't met, their accounts are strictly theirs alone, so they follow who they want to. Many people try to get their following, and to the celebrity in question, you are just another face in the crowd.

Celebrity doesn't follow random people. Maybe those fans he followed might be his follower for a long time and he noticed them so he followed
