I have a website here: http://ukentertainmentonline.com/ and what i want to do with this is build a website to do with celebrity news and General news what would be the best to build this in there is currently a holding page there at the moment i want to carry out somthing like heat magazing site. But what would be the best to use to build the site as there will be many updates please suggest.

I would Use Komodo Edit Great Website Program I Use It all the Time I highly recommend it . It is well worth the $$

You should use wordpress technology for updatation of your site.

You the best - Macromedia Dreamweaver - only problem is you will have to learn how to use it first.
