you do "up up down down left right left right A B left mouse click n then A B" and the tool comes up but its all in like scripts. Does anyone know how to like work it so ican do stuff to my profile or something else?

That's called the Konami Code. It was inserted by Facebook as an inside joke. That's all. There's no developer code involved.
