Been looking for a way to fill a blank spot on my pages with some seo widget or badge or banner , and if possible to also look good, not like the http://www.alexa.com banners, that are well know and not attractive at all.

There are so many of them out-there, just google for yourself "domain seo interest" or something similar. By not knowing how big the space needed to be covered is, it might or might not be what you're expecting:

... to see how it looks scroll down to "Seo Freebie for your website" and see if it matches your space (it features PageRank, Popularity and Valuation) , if it does simply use the top form to search for your own profile and when found scroll again to that place and copy the html code.
