There's a girl that I've been Dm'ing for a few days on twitter. I'm very paranoid about things like this online. I've google searched her images and nothing came up. & she's telling me stories that are too horrible to be true. I'm not sure what to do. Please help.

u can't but if you are expert in computer and network, you can find her ip address then find from where she online, spying on her computer and browser all picture in her computer.
i myself can do that but that thing are possible to do

Things like this are very hard to figure out. I'm guessing since you searched her images and found nothing, that she might be who she says she is but her stories might or might not be true. People lie about dramatic things that seem unusual all the time. In real life and on the internet. There really isn't anything to do about the stories but just know that her pictures might be her!
