I actually created it for him a couple years ago. He would always have it logged in on his phone so facebook would automatically popped up, and for some reason his phone signed him out, and he can't remember the email and neither can I.

Usually there's a button that says "Forgot your email/password" and they'll have you put in an alternative email and they should send you a link for page recovery. Also, make sure he didn't get deleted, but that could also be the cause haha

That sux sorry bout your luck , youll need to contact facebook and put in a ticket so they can change whatever needs changed.
