When I get into an adult chat room - do I pay right from the first minute or is there some delay so that I can at least decide if I like what I see?

Why are you paying to chat? Just open a Tumblr account and you can adult chat with others with similar likes. To get a non-subscribed view just use Google and type what you like, "___" and Tumblr, then search the results. Tumblr is incredible. By the way, Yahoo! owns Tumblr.

It depends on the site, but the one that I'd recommend also has free chats. This means that you start off by chatting with the host for free on the adult chat room and only if you like her, you invite her for a private chat, where you pay.
