K so there's a commercial of a website and it starts with a "c" there is another "c" in there too.... i forgot what the website is but they sell technology for SUPER cheap and free shipping, in the commercial a salesman asks a couple how much do you this phone is and they say like $250 (ish) and he says $9..... i really want to know what the website name is, and is this a scam??? PLEASE HELP!!!!

That sounds like a penny auction site. They're pretty much scams. Cause you pay WAY more than you think you will. You pay for all bids even the ones you lose.
