I would say both because some people like to buy cheap stuff online. Wild some people like to buy from website that is safe. Like amazon and eBay but what you can do is to tell them that your website is 100% safe and you will get more sail on your website. Http://eaglesearchengine.weebly.com

But if your looking for cheap prices from secure online websites you should sign up for Ebates.
They partner with many many websites, that they make sure are secure, and they offer a cash back from things that you buy from those certain websites. Just make sure when you shop from a certain website, you click their link from Ebates in order to receive the cash back. I believe that a secure website is the more imortant than price. Just be careful about handling fees.
