So I'm going to make a fanpage on Instagram (IG) and I want to make nice edits for the fanpage. I don't know what nice apps can make good edits. I want to make edits that are similar to the IG account @/yass_carter . I really like her edits and I want to make edits like those. What are some good apps that I can download on my Android? I have a Samsung Galaxy S4, so I use the Play Store. Please keep that in mind. As well, I would like to know what apps are similar or the exact same as the ones used in edits that accounts such as @/yass_carter has made.
I want to make nice, artsy and unique edits so I'll get a nice amount of followers with the nice editing apps. So, what are some good photo editing apps that I can download on Play Store (for Samsung Galaxy S4) to make edits similar such as @/yass_carter 's.

If you are talking about free ones IrfanView is the one I use. I have used Paintshop Pro also.
